    Established in 2000 by Mr Ismail KK, Ruman Al Madeena Group is a name that echoes in the industry for the quality of products we offer to our customers. Fresh food, quality groceries and other products at affordable prices are a basic right all over the world and this belief marked the beginning of our journey, especially when we realised that it was a far-off dream for most people in the country.

    We do not consider ourselves as pioneers, but more as entrepreneurs who listened to the unvoiced demand in the market and designed a system that gives our customers what they really need. Be it the occasional, seasonal, or organic produce, we have ensured that the food which reaches our people are of the highest quality.

    It was in 1991 that Mr Ismail reached UAE and set up a small shop for a living. Because of his hard work and commitment to what he was doing, the business thrived and they were able to open new stores across the city. After nine years, the Group was established which gave the necessary boost to stay on top of the market. From the beginning till now, the group’s prime focus to maximize customer satisfaction has never changed.
